The fith and six A380s for Qantas have been delayed from October to November. This makes Qantas have the longest stay for outfitting in Hamburg then any other airline.

At the moment the delay is for problems with the systems on board.

Thanks that makes more sense than the two cynical replies above. Both are notorius for canning the A380 and/or Qantas at every oportunity.

I think you will find Oliver is a bit closer to the source and knows what the issue is, as he reported.
Just because (may have) Qantas lost $90m doesn't mean they need to defer any more orders. They have already done that. I bet if anything they are a little ****ed about another delay as they had plans for these a/c. |
