Interesting video and well thought out, but my oh my, just slightly exagerated!
Don't think the iPad brings troops home, don't think the iPad makes the trip any safer or more comfortable. I'd imagine each aircraft would have paper versions on board somewhere. Cheers M

I nearly choked on my coffee when the claim was made that United has always been a leader in technology!!! With the crapped out 747's that thunder over our house (we LOVE planes flying over our house but United's are by far the loudest) with the crapped out 1980s style inflight entertainment systems, at least for economy, the title "Leader in Technology" does not spring to mind when I think of United.
