From another forum,
It would seem that the newspaper notice is a legal requirement as the owner/s are probably known but don't have the funds or won't pay the monies owed. It also states, on that forum, that they are in the process of removing/selling the said aircraft to a third party (Wreckers) They have been there for about 5 years in bays B61, B62 and M3 Photos have been posted that were taken 12 months ago of the aircraft and the link below is to those photos that were taken by Josh Heath. I hope that I have not done anything illegal by posting the link. If I have I apologise. http://goo.gl/photos/rbhWwegGfNXswHQg9 |
