About time someone started a Perth- Manila flight. Shame Qantas not think of it. There is heaps of filipinos in WA and no direct flights to go home on. I reckon CX and SQ will loose heaps of connection traffic ex-Perth. I also heard PAL were considering serving Auckland as a big filipino market their also not served with direct flights. Will they operate these new Bne and Per routes with the new 777s due in sep or other aircraft?
