The delivery of either OQE or OQF was delayed by several months because of what I was told was a directional stability problem which cropped up during flight test and was ~5 times the acceptable limit, resulting in QF not wanting to accept the aircraft.
 I'm not sure whether the fix was hardware or software related, but's interesting nonetheless!
