Default Shenzhen Flight Crew Help Injured Boy

Came across this story today.
Chinese family holidaying in Phuket when the grandmother carrying her two year old grandson fell over in a hotel. The bottle she was also carrying broke, severely cutting the boys finger. Due to the language barrier, she sought help and went into the hotel's dining room looking for someone to help explain to the hotel staff she needed medical attention for the boy. The 737 flight crew of Shenzhen Airlines responded to her call.
