Depends on what you would define as inexpensive, the Diamond D-150 from Andrews would be my pick.

I currently use Mobile One Airband antenna. See here: http://www.mobileone.com.au/5b_airband.html although may currently be out of stock, so may need to check with Mobile One. Cheers Mark
