Default Thai Airways to use A380s on London flights

Oh yeh, Thai's A380 will probably be one of the best (if not the best) looking A380 in the skies. It doesn't matter whether it's the A330, A340, 772, or the 773, Thai's colourful and elegant livery really is stunning!

What will be just as interesting is, if TG's only going to be using their A380's to LHR, then what aircraft do they plan to use on other major routes in Europe and the US? Does the 747-8 still have some hope, or will TG go for twin-engine widebody's (787s, A350s or 77W-NGs) for such destinations as Frankfurt, Los Angeles, New York and others?
