As far as I know, all domestic ops cease on Friday 23rd March. With LHR starting from the Saturday 24th, and LAX continuing, there’s no room in the 4 aircraft for domestic.

Can you book and fly domestically from Melbourne to Perth or vice versa on QF9 or 10 when it commences services via Perth to London on 24/3/18?

You can, but from what I’ve seen there’s a price difference versus the other QF flights on the route.
