Default Spotting from the new 'Sydney Gateway' road project?

Will the new road system created by the 'Sydney Gateway' roadworks project create or improve spotting opportunities at YSSY? There appears to be a few elevated flyover road-bridge, but I am assuming these are for cars only, with no footpaths or pedestrian access. An elevated vantage point, like the domestic and international terminal carparks, is always my preferred vantage point.

There is a man made hill there that looks like it will be a good spot if it remains and if it is accessible.

Bob, do you mean near the old, overgrown Tempe Gully and the Nigel Love Bridge? I haven't swung past there in a while.

If a hill is placed in that vicinity, it will have a good line of sight for arrivals and departures off the main north-south runway.
