Jetstar A321-251NX VH-OYQ, MSN 12020, (test registration D-AVXP) is currently (11/7/24) conducting it's first flight from XFW using the callsign AIB020A. Total flight time was 4 hours 14 minutes.

OYP entered service this morning with JQ7992, Melbourne to Sydney

This maybe a positioning flight

First one is schedules as

JST986, SYD -> PER later today

That's a loooong test flight considering the previous were around 02:30.

It sure was, Greg. VH-OYQ did very long racetrack patterns just to the north of XFW and crossed into the Netherlands a few times. It travelled 1,947 miles on the test flight, according to FlightAware.

Likewise, I did the same.

Something must of went wrong during the flight to add an extra 01:45
