They probably just towed it back on to the blacktop and said "have another go" Didnt seem to be much gear damage...props still turning so probably nothing there either since the gear didnt collapse...says something about how solid may of those russian birds are built (no I didnt say anything about high quality)

Interesting video. Not every day you see that.

Pilot was lucky, with the undercarriage on fire that there is a big sandpit at the end of the runway.

If I was the guy videoing it, I would want to get the video footage, but I think survival instincts would kick in and I would be running in the opposite direction, in case the plane went kaboom.
