Introducing a new member
Hi all,
After years of lurking I decided to become a member of the SAMB. I live in the Netherlands and got interested in aviation when I took my first flight. In 1983 I flew with Qantas to Sydney. In those days it was not a one stop affair, the route was AMS-BEG-ATH-BOM-PER-MEL-SYD. This was the beginning of an interest in aviation. Since then I have flown about 6 times to Australia and have made several flights to other parts of the world. Actually, coming February I will come to Australia once again, this time Cathay Pacific will fly me and my wife to your great country ! Since 1995 I regularly check things out on the Internet on various aviation web sites. I do this as a hobby. Best regards Michael

Welcome Michael - let us know your dates when it gets closer, there'll be plenty of people on the board that would love to show you some great spotting locations around YSSY.
