Also Mark, I'd be careful in referring to RTO's so lackadaisically. There's been much written about them in these forums but a high speed abort shouldn't be taken lightly - nor should a low speed abort for that matter, especially if below minimum control speed on the ground coupled with asymmetric thrust maybe?
Pilots are generally quite capable in dealing with these, most of the time, but lets not take away from the situation.
