Default W/t not working this morning?

I'm just getting an error message that initialisation failed and language was not loaded.

Anyone else seen that?

Update: must have been transitory as it's working 5 mins later

Question Webtrak idiosyncrasy?

At about 7:23 this morning there were three a/c over Lane Cove/Drummoyne, only one of which appeared on Webtrak. Two were headed south and one north west, apparantly at an intermediate altitude. Only the lowest of the three (a CX flight from memory) appeared momentarily on Webtrak and the highest of the three showed a nice crisp twin engine contrail.

One oddity is that the Webtrak display of the CX flight path disappears for about 60 seconds, which seems to me to be the time that they were all in overlapping flight paths, albeit well separated vertically. Is this a Webtrak limitation, or my imagination, or just a flukey event?

Phillip,
Webtrack only monitors aircraft up to 10,000ft or so, hence your contrail aircraft would not be displayed, can't answer for your third aircraft but it may have been above that height as well.

The absence of the higher two a/c I assumed was attributable to their being above 10,000 ft (which is the reason for my prefaced quote) but my real query is why the CX a/c disappeared from Webtrak for a minute and then re-appeared, with a gap in the displayed tracking line.

Just to bring this thread back to life, we can see the go around of some planes on Wednesday during the dust storm. For example at 0530LT, we can see BA15 performing a go around.

I must say this is a pretty useful tool for just info gathering and tracking though i must say it's pretty buggy sometimes.

I just had a look at Webtrak and there is now a new feature when you have clicked on an aircraft, you can now "Report" this aircraft and make a complaint.
And it appears they have'nt adjusted their clocks for daylight savings time
Cheers
