Default Passenger Tri-jets in USA

Hi all,
I'm heading to the US in March/April and was just wondering if anyone knows if any tri-jets are still flying domestic routes there. I've managed to get a flight on a DC-9, but it would be great to fly a DC-10 before they go out of service.
Cheers.

I thought the only DC-10 passenger operators in the states were Omni and World Airways, both which are chartered only.

As Sarah said in the US only World and Omni. Northwest retired their last DC-10 around 2006 (?) with its last flight HNL-MSP. So unless your planning on flying Biman Bangladesh Airlines, as they are the only ones operating passenger flights with them still, i'd say your out of luck

If it's just tri-jets you're after, but not specifically the DC-10, there may be some B727 operators left, and the MD-11 is still flying in passenger configuration with KLM.

Oh that's a shame. Thanks for the info still. At least I get an old DC-9.

Thanks Erik, I'll have a look for some 727 flights, didn't even think of those.
