Do you book a parking spot at a airport?
Just a quick question thats been sitting on my mind.
Just say i own an aircraft which sits at Airport A. If i want to fly to Airport B and then tour that city etc for a couple of days, do you need to book a parking spot for the aircraft? How does the system work? Hope it doesn't sound to basic. |

Depends on the airport. The bigger the airport (eg; SYD/MEL/BNE etc) the more likely you need to have it all arranged in advance, and no doubt the more $$ you'd be expected to pay for the privilege!
I don't know for a fact, but at major GAAP airports or regional airports, there are likely to be areas where you can probably just pull up and park. Anyone know more? |

GA just pull up and Park, Normal BIG airports, thats why they have those FBO's there to organise it for you....
