Proof reading is a wonderful thing....
I thought it would be fun to pick on journalists that never made it past about year 5 at school. I'll start with this one from news.com.au:

Haha....fully aware of that Andrew and expecting to be flamed but I don't understand why articles don't seem to be proof read these days.

It's important to employ proof readers with some domain knowledge of what they are reading.

Probably the most common error I see made, although only small, is Malaysia Airlines being called Malaysian Airlines.
