Flight Radar 24 Query

After downloading flight tracker (paid Version) i have enjoyed tracking flights of family and friends that have been flying.

But i have also noticed that on some occasions, there will be a flight that has no flight number tag. When i touch the aircraft to see details, i only get a ? and there is no information on that flight.

Any idea on what is causing that?

If the data stream from the aircraft is not being sent in the correct format you will get errors, we have an aircraft that shows up on the screen flying side ways, because the heading is not being transmitted in the data stream .
