Long time forum member from Hawaii/Gold Coast and UAL744 Captain; Mike Scott, will hopefully be chatting to the International Space Station tonight (NSW time from 7.30pm) to facilitate a question/answer session between the ham astronauts and the Australian Air League in Elizabeth South Australia.
What a cool opportunity to listen in live to the ISS with Mike on the Mic.

Just fyi for those of you with any interest....we are doing a scheduled contact with the ISS over Hawaii tonight to facilitate a question/answer session between the ham astronauts and the Australian Air League in Elizabeth South Australia.
The contact is scheduled to begin at 10.36pm local time (Hawaii) 6.30pm( Qld) 7.30pm (NSW) 0.8.36 UTC .Acquisition of Signal (AOS) is anticipated at 08:36 UTC (2:36AM CST).
The duration of the contact is approximately 9 minutes and 30 seconds. The contact will be a telebridge between NA1SS and AH6NM in Hawaii. I will be the one on the microphone at our ground station (AH6NM) and will be running the contact...we will have about 15 questions to get through during the pass.
