I wonder if the fleets could ever truly have been treated as one, given the need to satisfy the requirements of CASA and its Singaporean equivalent? Just a question. Would be a bonus for companies like Tiger (pre-VA) if they could.

It would make sense to transfer aircraft if consideration, of some kind, was paid by the carrier receiving the aircraft...

VA do it with VHVOX/VUY from the VAA AOC to the VANZ AOC. VHVNB is an original TR bird...
