Very nostalgic indeed using the old Qantas Boeing 767-338's regos!

I was wondering what they planned to do with them since they weren't released to the general VH-Reg (reserved)

Greg, do you know of any other VH blocks that Qantas has held onto? EA, EC, OJ, OE maybe. Or looking further ahead perhaps even the VX or VY registrations after these blocks of B738s are retired beginning next year?

James, Not off the top of my head.

There is less need now with Alphanumeric regos (more combinations).

The OGx reg was interesting as it wasn't re-used like the TJx block (TAA Jet for those old enough to remember)

It requires someone in the company to save the registrations. They have to tell CASA what they intend on using those registrations for. It is all part of the regs.

Little bit surprised ZNA gets the honour of operating the first QF33 SYD-PER-CDG today.
