VH-OGS is apparently being withdrawn tonight and will be stored at ASP.

ASP? Interesting, none of the others are there, correct??

Many reasons of course that she'll be getting stored there, however it'll be nice if its because she'll end up in Longreach.

Cheers

I think the earlier consensus was that the 4 intl config 767's will be stored at ASP as they are ultimately going to WestJet.

OGR has been there for a while and yes, as Daniel says, most of us believe the four 'international' configured birds are destined for Westjet next year.

QANTAS B767-300ER VH-OGS Withdrawn.
October 31, 2014
QANTAS Boeing 767-338ER VH-OGS was withdrawn from service tonight after arriving as QF494 from Melbourne. The aircraft was in 25J/204Y configuration and QANTAS New ‘Roo livery on withdrawal. This brings the Boeing 767-300ER fleet down to six aircraft

While I'm sure there are some who think the entire Qantas fleet need's to be parked out in Longreach, maybe a couple of points worth noting:

1. There's no room for anything else.
2. The 767 while with Qantas for a long time, served no significant milestone like the 707 and 747 did.

Perhaps the aircraft can be lined up nose to tail from Ilfracombe to Longreach as they're retired. What a sight that would be driving into Longreach.

Not the entire fleet, just one of each.
