Thanks for all the info in this thread Lloyd. Always enjoyed reading through it all.

I will post the occasional update.

We have Jetstar returning to international flights out of BNE this month with four weekly flights to DPS. Our first scheduled 787 service.

Jetstar just announced the other day that they will start a twice weekly (three weekly in peak season) BNE-HNL service from December 15. This will be with A332s but will obviously see B788s eventually. Hopefully this doesnt have too big an impact on Hawaiian who seem to be doing really well on the route. They have just added a fourth weekly flight. Still using 767s, only a matter of time really until we see the A332s.

Jetstar launch their four times weekly BNE-DPS service with Boeing 787s tomorrow. JQ46 is due in at 0655 with JQ47 due out at 0845. Days of operation are Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays.

Tigerair launched two new routes out of Brisbane yesterday. Daily flights to both Cairns and Darwin. VH-XUG operated both flights yesterday. The new Darwin service marks the return of Tiger to Darwin. This service leaves BNE at 2045 returning the following morning at 0525. So VA have now moved to a daytime service. Out at 0930 and back at 1815, similar to the QF times.

The DC-8 has been flying more often. No set days, usually leaves between 0700-1000 and gets back between 1630-1900.

Air Caledonie ATR42-500 F-OIPI passed through last week. DRW-BNE-NOU, after maintenance in Selatar.

AC34 SYD-YVR C-FNND diverted to BNE on Monday. Was only on the ground for a bit over an hour so I assume it was medical.

Just thought i would do one for this week because of a couple of exotic biz this week.

BNE had 2 visits of Kazakhstan ERJ135/Legacy 650 UP-EM010 however both visits were at night.

Earlier today we had a Turkish biz TC-ARD a Challenger 604.

We also had visits from a USAF C17 ..021100

N36LG Global 6000 was in as well as P2-MEH CJ3 of Tropicair.

Aircalin A320 F-OZNC first visit and delivery of VH-XZN of QF.

Singapore Cargo 744F 9V-SFF was in as well as VH-OQL A380 diversion.

Customs Dash 8 VH-ZZA and AMSA DO328 VH-PPQ.

Virgin new delivery VH-YIZ arrived on Monday.

2 new first timers in THAI HS-TKV 77W and FJ 332 DQ-FJV for maintenance.

Today Etihad commence 789's into BNE and will operate non stop to AUH instead of via SIN.A6-BLB is the first aircraft to operate the flight.This is of course Brisbane's first 789 RPT service to our city.JQ operate the 788 already.
