Not sure if anyone noticed (or has been mentioned in this thread before), but in the comments section of the video you linked, it is noted that B-16823 will become VH-ULQ

Added to reg as VH-IYZ on 11/05.

Also confirming latest Cobham E190 was added to reg as ULQ on the 12/05.
