VH-VZZ ferried to ROK Tuesday evening to ferry pax up to TSV. VH-VXE left ROK late Wednesday for Brisbane at 9000 feet.

Does anyone know if the QF6200 scheduled for 0715L-0815L tomorrow at BNE is a test flight for VXE following repairs? Cheers, Rowan

According to Flightaware - no - VH-VXE hasn't moved since positioning back to Brisbane from Rocky.

Any indication of what caused the depresurisation, , ie crack, blown seal, bad coffee??

From pprune apparently is was a positive pressure relief valve that failed.

Hello..
I was a passanger on VH-VXE along with my Family.

Has there been any official word on what failed?

I don't work for them, thats whats doing the rounds on the web, just tried to look it up on the ATSB website and its not even listed there.
