Forgive me if this has been posted elsewhere, though I came across this other gem on YouTube, of the same BBC "Airline" program from the early 1990s, but featuring a very detailed look at the delivery of British Airways' first Boeing 747-400. Included are some great scenes of shooting Air-to-Air with the aircraft, the politics behind airline markets and management between the UK and US, a test flight of the aircraft with a BA Test Pilot, and a rarely scene Delivery process, where money and aircraft keys get exchanged! I really enjoyed this video, hope others do too.
