It's not quite as easy as reshuffling.
Jetconnect would need to add the 800 to their AOC, get their tech crew a NG conversion, do a differences course for their cabin crew etc etc. That being said it's surely only a matter of time, the 300/400's aren't as competitive on a product nor capacity basis with PB 800s or NZ 320s. |

Compare these two pictures of ZK-JTR:
