The DC10 and MD11 seems to have a problem with condensation. I remember when I used to fly on these there would be showers, usually of fairly dirty water on almost every approach.

The moisture in the air would condense on the inside of the fuselage due to the cold air outside at cruise altitude. When the aircraft started descending, the water would start moving around and suddenly start dripping out of the overhead panels.

I actually got two airlines to pay for dry-cleaning of my suit as a result of some of these showers, and it seemed to be a problem that was well known to the ground staff.
Presumably, with the B787 they will find a way to avoid this issue, or the airlines will have to prepare for those old days all over again...
