Plane Crash

Scientists, pilots and aviation experts participate in a staged plane crash in a remote area of Mexican desert, hoping the exercise will reveal more about what happens to aircraft and their occupants during forced emergency landings.

Pilot James Slocum will put a Boeing 727 passenger jet on a crash course, parachuting out minutes before impact.

After the crash, experts will analyse the site, along with data collected from cameras, instruments and hi-tech crash test dummies, to learn more about what happens when aeroplanes are forced out of the sky.

If you haven't seen this show its worth a watch

How To Start An Airline

Meet Kazi Rahman, a Muslim entrepreneur from the East end of London.
Having already conquered the Arabian perfume scene, we spend a year following Kazi from his lock up in Whitechapel as he attempts to launch Britain's first Sharia friendly airline.

However, in today's climate, not everyone is on board.
Did anyone watch this ?

Saw most of it Greg and got the impression he has no idea how complex all this is and keeps looking for the short cuts.

This is a hoot. Great passion for Airliners. They have a two tier viewing option, Freeview or Elite. They do live crossovers from various Airports. It usually goes for 20 minute or so free and then only "Elite" viewers watch from then on. Plus there is various other content such as interviews, etc. I watched them live on YouTube on the weekend from Gatwick. Next it's Schiphol.
https://www.bigjet.tv/ Elite is a subscription of A$5.99 a month I think.

Lockerbie: The Unheard Voices

The bombing of PanAm Flight 103 over Lockerbie in December 1988 killed 270 people and is the worst-ever terrorist attack on British soil.

Last December was the 30th anniversary of this terrible event, and this film tells the dramatic story of five survivors, five victims, and five eyewitnesses (some who have never spoken before), revealing the powerful impact the event continues to have over time.
