They were taken from operations road around the back of tullamarine.this spot is best when they are using runway 34

Raymond is correct. I was situated alonside the golf club a couple of hundred metres from the club entrance on Operations Road.

I'm sure you do, even better again from the 'In-n-Out' Burger Restaurant at LAX, but hey, this is a Melbourne spotting thread.

the QF 738 is my fav pic so far!
Its funny looking at the Thai 777 - that livery is soooo out dated now!
