On Flightaware I sometimes see a flight of 1 or 2 minutes for an aircraft. I see this with aircraft in maintenance and assume that the Engineers are activating the transponder or other electronics to work on while the aircraft remains on the ground. Please correct me if I am wrong or half wrong with this.
The reason I tell you this is that N341CG one of the ex-Virgin B738s in storage in GYR had two short flights (3 & 2 minutes) on Flightaware on 29/6/21, local date. This may be an indication that the aircraft is being readied to ferry to Charlotte for maintenance before being leased to REX. See Lloyd's post #525. Maybe a test flight is imminent. There is nothing showing for N343CG on Flightaware. I'll keep an eye on developments.

Ex-Virgin/soon to be reunited Virgin B738 2-VYFG conducted a 1 hour 42 minute test flight from MCI (Kansas City) late on Friday afternoon 2/7/21.
In addition, A320 VH-VNP is scheduled to resume services with VARA operating PER - OCM (Boolgeeda) later this morning. Last edited by James Smith; 3rd July 2021 at 09:03 AM.
