QLink have no problem crewing the current and future Dash 8 fleet so your statement is inaccurate. External recruitment is currently slowing down to allow the many internal training events that need to occur to move all crew to the Q400.

The Dash 8 fleet is also currently covering for the poor Ejet reliability so most definitely no shortage of crew.
