REX today announced flights from BNE to CNS, oddly though, they will be operated by NJE Q400s, commencing 22/11

Appears to be in connection with announcement of new FIFO operations - see media release of 23 Oct (I can't work out how to copy the direct link for the specific media release, sorry) at link below which notes a new FIFO route of CNS-TSV-MOV.

The BNE-CNS flight by REX is only once a week .It uses a Q400 of NJE.
ZL 1064 departs BNE at Noon on Wednesdays arr CNS at 1500 hrs. ZL1079 departs CNS on Thursdays at 1330 hrs arr BNE at 1615 hrs. See REX schedules https://www.rex.com.au/Schedules/
