The first 12 A380s (with F cabin) are apparently going to be used on:

Daily SYD-SIN-LHR
Daily SYD-LAX
Daily MEL-SIN-LHR
Daily MEL-LAX

Thanks

With the addition of OQJ, MEL-LHR is now 6 times a week, and SYD-LAX is back to daily after a few 744 operating QF11 last week

Great day for a photo but some goon in a pitts or something did some low level sign writing between you and OQJ. REHEAT IMAGES/ CHRIS DENTON i think it reads.

He/she is very neat.

Great photo as always Chris.

Brad i dont mean to disagree with you, but i have been told that Qantas changed their A380 seating plans some time ago and it was to be 10 and 10 not 12 and 8.
I believe all 380's from OQK onwards will not have F class.

Can anyone confirm this.

I was under the impression that OQM onwards would not have First.

Existing OQA-OQL would have W increased and J reduced.

Not sure if this has changed though...who knows?

Didn't know where to post this, but VH-OQD has just left SYD as QF31 and will remain in Europe in Frankfurt for a C check. Should return in a few weeks.

I just wondering when will the remaining A380s arrive for this year and next year?

http://plane.spottingworld.com/A380_production_list is the reference that I use.

I have noticed that A380 delivery dates for Qantas and Singapore seem to be pushed back month after month.

Currently their eleventh and twlefth A380s (MSN063 and MSN074) are in Hamburg, being outfitted and painted.

Delivery will take place in October and November 2011.

This will complete the original order of 12 frames.

The first frame of the second order of 8, has yet to enter the assembly line.

The frame is question is MSN091 and on the current "Airbus Schedule", she is listed for a Q3 2012 delivery.
