Who said VXC was getting refurbished? It is a possibility that they will do it at the same time as the heavy check its undergoing but they may not.

According to the online Seat maps the following are now complete:
VXC, Q, R, VYB, G, H, J, VZB, D, E VXT appears to be getting done in Sydney, whilst VXD is in heavy maintenance along with VZV (and possibly others) in BNE so these may be done when they come out.
