JQ start operating daily on the MEL-TSV-MEL sector from 1st July. Schedules were all over the place when first announced, but checking the timetables now, all flights are the same everyday.

I also notice from 28th March, that the SYD-TSV-SYD schedule changes. Currently JQ912 departs SYD 0710, arrives TSV 0850, with JQ913 departing TSV 0920 and arriving back in SYD at 1220.

New schedule see's JQ912 depart SYD at 1035 with an arrival into TSV at 1220. JQ913 then departs TSV at 1250, arriving back in SYD at 1620.

so does that mean that their back galley are the same as Tiger now? As in the two Lavs opposite each other and crew area curtained off? Why on earth did JQ not adopt what TT have? Seems just the norm as AirAsia do the same too.

So what is the benefit of their current JQ config with the last row w/out a window and the little peep hole for the crew looking forward?

The current config means 30" pitch (one less row between exits and rear RH lav), as opposed to 28-29". Hence the no recline.

What date does the new JQ afternoon MEL-CNS flight start? As I looked back a few pages and could not find it on the big list of new services.

The existing JQ MEL-CNS gets upgraded from 321 to 332 from March 1 to March 27, then on March 28 it goes back to 321, but the additional 320 service commences.

Thanks Kain so it starts at the same time as all the other extra flights in CNS on the 28th March.

Will Jetstar keep running the OOL-CNS run after they reinstate the CNS-KIX flights in april? Because they were started mainly to allow Japanese pax to connect to CNS when they flew in to OOL from KIX. Once the direct flights start they may quietly drop the connecting services.
