It didn't 'miss curfew'. They had taxi clearance before time on the hour so could have departed but were advised by ATC when they were at the B2 holding point that they had to return to the gate due to an 'engineering issue'. The crew didn't seem to be aware that they had a problem.

Not sure of an unidentified a/c with Zimbabwe hexcode which is about to arrive? Could be a miscode so don't want to get too excited! Last contact at 2300'

Doubt it Jaryd, checked back and lost it 1600' so must be either SYD or Richmond.

The C-130 was very low over my house (not anywhere near an approach point) at about 1600.

Anyone know why his mornings SQ departure was a 7773
and the 12pm one was the A380?

Sighted B763 VH-OGG overhead a short time ago and checking Acars it is operating QF6023 to Singapore.
OGF still at the Jet base yesterday hasn't flown since 1st Sept and was slated as the next B767 to leave the fleet.
