Great to see SQ is not planning any service reduction on SIN-ADL route, but that's no surprise at all.

Every single SQ flight I had been on between SIN and ADL for the past year had a load factor over 85% - and I am a somewhat regular on the route (flew 11 sectors between SIN and ADL on SQ over the past 12 months - in both peak and low seasons).

Regards.

A reduction in 77W frequencies into SYD... Nooooo ..tell me this isn't so!

Any update on which days SYD won't be blessed with the SQ 77W ?

Thanks for the info Jim.

Well as long as weekend services of the SQ77W aren't removed I'm all happy.

Any reason for the reduction though?...something to do with the A380 capacity, or just an RoI decision by the bean-counters?

I think there is a small degree of overcapacity between Singapore and Sydney during low seasons, as I experienced first hand over the last 12 months, sometimes I'd been able to secure ID/AD tickets in and out of Sydney while not a single seat can be found for Melbourne and Adelaide services when looking at the same dates.
