Brisbane airport has been very lucky in the 4 nights of storms.Last night was the first night it was affected.Where i live in the NW suburbs of Brisbane we have had 3 terrible nights of flooding and cyclonic winds .Already 280 mm of rain however i had to guess Sundays figures as the rain gauge blew away.
Winds on Sunday were estimated at 130-140km/hr Cheers Lloyd |

40,000 homes without power isn't much compared to what they had on Sunday.
There is good news out of this though. The dams are getting a pretty healthy stock up, . Mick |
