Why did i get this error..

Spent some time writing a post and asked me to log in again. I went to log in again and gave me that error message.

Hello George,

This normally happens if the cookie the board software places on your computer to identify you becomes corrupt / goes missing. If you are still having this error, clearing your cookies and logging in again should fix it.

If you're unsure how to do this, please PM me with what browser & version you are using and I will send you some instructions.
