I don't recall Skywest saying anywhere Bruce that they were not getting an A320...just a press release refusing to speculate on what they were doing...

With the addition of this aircraft, Skywest’s fleet comprises six Fokker 50 and three Fokker 100 jet. Skywest recently announced that it had entered into a profit sharing agreement involving the deployment with Avion Group of Iceland for up to a further 4 Airbus A320 aircraft.
Though it doesn't mention where they will be used.

Your kinda right as per below.

Quote:
It has been brought to the attention of the Company that a media report that appeared in the West Australian on 14 December 2009 suggested that the Company had formally committed to certain additional aircraft. This media suggestion is incorrect, at this time no formal commitments have been made.
How long has Skywest been getting A320's for 3years?

I wish them luck though

Yes thats one nice A320 there. Has it come from an english operator as its still in its G rego. So which route would that be deployed on? Maybe they will start Perth-Bali flights and get on the bandwagon with the others. Hope they get a few more be great to see their A320's in BNE, SYD and MEL etc.

Geez amazing to think that for 15 years we only had Ansett as an A320 operator and yet in the last 5 or so years Jetstar, Tiger, Skytraders, Strategic and now Skywest....A319, A320 and A321..!!!
