OZ/Fiji Xmas-New Year charters

just heard that there are going to be some charters to Fiji over Xmas New year period, as apparently, many of current scheduled flights are very full already.

Be interesting to see details.

Guess there are really only 2 carriers out of BNE & MEL & 3 out of SYD that fly nonstop to Fiji.

I'm going over in a month flying with Air Pacific judging by what the travel agent said she commented that flights were filling up...

I'm heading there in early December with Jetstar. Expecting an A320 but we were also told flights were booking up out there. I guess it's the season, and schoolies and all that?

Who's operating them? I thought the idea that most of the flights are full, would indicate most of the accommodation would almost be full? Therefore negating the need for charters.
