I feel sorry for the staff working when people in First/Business get the old seats!

My parents were on the flight, flying economy but really looking forward to the a380. I arrived at the airport to jump on board sq232 just as I see the sq 747 take off and I new mum and dad would not be happy campers. When we got to Bali just a couple hours after they did I was right they understand they got the same service but wanted the airbus!

Whats more the captain made an announcement stating that this was the first time an SQ a380 had gone u/s??? Obviously not true!

Fingers crossed the olds get there a380 on the way home!

Cheers

M
