Suggestions for flight(s) searching on Virgin Australia

I need to find 4 sectors on Virgin Australia to qualify for Velocity Gold. I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions as to how I can quickly search for the cheapest/quickest flights out of MEL other than picking a route and then checking each day for the cheapest.

I'd probably look for somewhere like LST, flying on a Tuesday. The flight is less than an hour with a quick turnaround back to MEL. Search by clicking the 'Flexible With Dates' box.
