Not good to have three flights, in a single day, having with issues (minor or otherwise). No doubt the Qantas fleet must be stretched after a weeks worth of cancelled and diverted flights due to weather.

Something up in SYD this morning...??? QF410, 513 and 138, and VA813 have all been in CBR, QF505 in NTL

Apparently there was pavement failure on 16L this morning with single runway ops temporarily.

Both United flights also diverted. One to BNE and one to CBR.

I guess the weather in Sydney of the past week hasn't helped. Seems when we get hot weather, bay 4 (for the DHC8) becomes unserviceable and have to use bay 3 (spare space for SAAB 340/DHC8).

Any big artists due into Sydney today ?? BD-700s N103ZZ and B-LRH both Hongkong to Sydney due in around 9.30 to 10.00am ..

VH-FVR landed at Wagga (5:40pm) and is currently located at the Douglas Aerospace hangar.
