Default Qf332 vh-ebm

Noticed yesterday that a seatmap has shown for this aircraft on qf.com
showing domestic config with 2-2-2 in J.

As both EBJ/K have both been reconfigured to 2-3-2 in J would this
suggest both (and not just EBK) will move to JetStar?

Ian, see this thread:

In a nutshell, EBJ will be staying with QF in domestic config, EBK will move to JQ

The reason for the change (back) to 2-2-2 in J is because EBM is being fitted with new Recaro seats in J, and I believe a similar change of supplier for Y. Although EBJ and EBK were originally 2-2-2, all this did for the J cabin was an expansion of the aisles; there were no real benefits for pax (besides removal of middle seats) as the dimensions of the Millenium seat remained the same in either config.

That will be a nice change for the 5-hour transcon ride, with the new PTVs.

I notice EBJ has gone up to Manila though... for heavy maintenance? EBI has temporarily taken over the 575/580/583/568 rotation for the last two days.
