QF Fleet Changes after record profit
The slow reveal – Qantas continues its 787 tease
The airline group is due to take delivery of six aircraft in 2016/17, comprising three Fokker 100s for its fly-in/fly-out and charter operator Network Aviation (which operates under the QantasLink brand) as well as two Airbus A321 narrowbodies to be added to Jetstar’s Australian domestic fleet via operating leases and one Boeing 737-400F freighter for Qantas Freight. The four 787-9s due to arrive in the 2017/18 financial year, and four more in 2018/19, represent the only firm aircraft orders for the Qantas mainline fleet in the immediate future. http://australianaviation.com.au/201...its-787-tease/ |

According to planespotters (generally very reliable), the next JQ A321 is new build and sharklet-equipped. MSN7384.

Haha Greg & James.
I was going to join in with the jokes but I think I'll take a 'Passat' that. I wonder if Jetstar will take any of KLM's 747 'Kombi' fleet!? And now I have to 'Jetta' off! 'Beetle' that lol Last edited by Rowan McKeever; 23rd September 2016 at 11:02 PM. |
