Default United 839 and Fiji 911

United 839 is coming in from Nadi as 839D. Does anyone know the reason?

And also Fiji 911 is operated by a B763 today.

839 went into NAN to uplift more fuel, as Sydney had fog on its forecast for a while there. The fog element was removed from the forecast at around 2130z.

Todays FJ911/910 will be opperated by DQ-FJC a 763 too.

Also, DHL 727 should have just about landed in SYD from AKL as "Tasman 91" and EK412 from Dubai is running quite late at about 12:40pm for arrival and showing the AKL flight as being Cancelled.

About 2.30pm there is a Global Express due from the Maldives no rego.

Possibly due to the fog that rolled in at 0654?

Did QF94 do a splash and Dash or was there another reason for Visiting SYD?

He didn't deploy the floats, and he left the Q-Link fleet alone, so there must have been another reason.

Hi All,

Why did 839 go via HNL?
Isn't this a direct LAX - SYD then onto MEL flight?
