Default Question re ATC statement

Hi all

I was watching a youtube video of a Qatar A380 with gear issues and heard the following from Melbourne tower.

"ILS 16 Critical and sensitive areas are not protected continue approach"

Can someone advise what this is?

Source You Can See atc

Cheers

Adrian

This means the accuracy of ILS signals may be compromised because apron movements are not kept out of ILS critical areas and the possibility of multi path signals as a result.
